  20.      This facility is a "GENETICS LAB" and is connected to
  21. Los Alamos, via a "Tube-Shuttle." Part of their research is
  22. related to the General Effects of Radiation (Mutations and
  23. Human Genetics). Its research also includes other
  24. "Intelligent Species" (Alien Biological Life Form
  25. "Entities").
  26.      In the revised September 1950 edition of "THE EFFECTS OF
  27. ATOMIC WEAPONS" prepared for and in cooperation with the U.S.
  28. Department of Defense and the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission,
  29. under the direction of the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory,
  30. we read about how "complete Underground placement of Bases is
  31. desirable". On page #381: "There are apparently no
  32. fundamental difficulties in construction and operating
  33. Underground various types of important Facilities. Such
  34. facilities may be placed in a suitable existing mine or a
  35. site may be excavated for the purpose".

  38. CAUGHT IN THE GAME
  39.      Centuries ago, Surface People (some say the Illuminati)
  40. entered into a pact with an "Alien Nation" (hidden within the
  41. Earth). The U.S. Government, in 1933, agreed to trade Animals
  42. and Humans in exchange for High Tech Knowledge, and allow
  43. them to use (undisturbed) UNDERGROUND BASES, in the Western
  44. USA. A Special Group was formed to deal with the Alien
  45. Beings. In the 1940's, "Alien Life Forms (ALF)" began
  46. shifting their focus of operations, from Central and South
  47. America, to the USA.
  48.      The Continental Divide is vital to these "Entities".
  49. Part of this has to do with Magnetics (Substrata Rock) and

  54.      This area has a very high concentration of Lightning
  55. Activity, Underground Waterways and Cavern Systems, Fields of
  56. Atmospheric Ions, ect, ect.

  59. WHOS PLANET IS THIS?
  60.      These Aliens consider themselves "Native Terrans".
  61.      They are an Ancient Race (descendent from a Reptilian
  62. Humanoid Species which cross-bred with Sapient Humans).  They
  63. are untrustworthy manipulative Mercenary Agents for another
  64. Extraterrestrial Culture (The DRACO) who are returning to
  65. Earth (their ancient "Outpost") to use it as a staging area.
  66.      But, these Alien Cultures are in conflict over Whos'
  67. Adgenda will be followed for this Planet. All the while
  68. Mental Control is being used to keep Humans "in place",
  69. especially since the Forties.
  70.      The DULCE Complex is a Joint US Government / Alien Base.
  71. It was the first built with The Aliens (others are in
  72. Colorado, NV, AZ.

  75. THE SECRET "ACTIVITY"
  76.      Paul Benewitz reports, about his study into the Dulce
  77. area, "Troops went in and out of there every summer, starting
  78. in '47. The natives do recall that. They also built a road -
  79. right in front of the people of Dulce and trucks went in and
  80. out for a long period. That Road was later blocked and
  81. destroyed.. The signs on the trucks were 'Smith' Corp. out of
  82. Paragosa Springs, Colorado. No such corporation exists now -
  83. no record exists..... I belive the Base - at least the first
  84. one was being built then under the cover of a lumbering
  85. project.... problem - they NEVER hauled logs. Only BIG
  86. Equipment".

  89. R&D AND THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
  90.      THE RAND CORP. became involved and did a study, for the
  91. Base. Most of the lakes near Dulce were made, via Government
  92. grants 'for' the Indians.
  93.      NAVAJO DAM is the main source for conventional
  94. electrical power, with a second source in EL VADO (also, an
  95. entrance).
  96.      Note: If RAND is the mother of "THINK TANKS", then the
  97. "FORD FOUNDATION" must be considered the father.
  98.      Rand secrecy is not confined to 'Reports', but on
  99. occasion extends to Conferences and Meetings. On page #645 of
  100. The PROJECT RAND, proceedings of the DEEP UNDERGROUND
  101. CONSTRUCTION SYMPOSIUM (March 1959) we read: "Just as
  102. airplanes, ships and automobiles have given man mastery of
  103. the surface of the Earth, Tunnel-Boring Machines... will give
  104. him access to the Subterranean World".
  105.      Note: The Sept. 1983 issue of "OMNI" (pg#80) has a color
  106. drawing of "THE SUBTERRENE", the Los Alamos nuclear-powered
  107. tunnel machine that burrows through the rock, deep
  108. underground, by heating whatever stone it encounters into
  109. molten rock (magma), which cools after the SUBTERRENE has
  110. moved on. These underground tubes are used by electro-
  111. magnetically powered "Subshuttle Vehicles", which can travel
  112. at great speeds. They connect the "Hidden Empire" Sub-City
  113. Complexes. Also, the top-secret project code-named: "NOAH's
  114. ARK", uses "TUBE-SHUTTLES" in connection with a system of
  115. over 100 'Bunkers' and 'Bolt Holes' which have been
  116. established at various places on Earth. With other Bases
  117. inside the Moon and Mars. Many of these underground Cities
  118. are complete with streets, sidewalks, lakes, small electric
  119. cars, apartments, offices and shopping malls.
  120.      There were over 650 attendees to the 1959 RAND
  121. Symposium. Most were representatives of the Corporate-
  122. Industrial State, like: THE GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, AT&T,
  123. HUGHES AIRCRAFT, NORTHROP CORP., SANDIA CORP., STANFORD
  124. RESEARCH INSTITUTE, WALSH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, THE BECHTEL
  125. CORP, COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES, ECT,ECT.
  126.      BECHTEL (pronounced BECK-tul) is a supersecret
  127. international corporate octopus, founded in 1898. Some say
  128. the firm is really a "SHADOW GOVERNMENT" - a working arm of
  129. the CIA. It is the largest construction and engineering
  130. outfit, in the USA and the WORLD (and some say BEYOND).
  131.      The most important posts in the US Government are held
  132. by former BECHTEL Officers. They are part of "The WEB" (an
  133. interconnected control system) which links the Tri-Lateralist
  134. plans, the C.F.R. the Orders of "Illuminism" (Cult of the
  135. All-Seeing Eye) and other interlocking groups.

  138. SURVIVING THE FUTURE
  139.      The DULCE FACILITY consists of a Central "HUB", the
  140. Security Section, (also some photo labs). The deeper you go,
  141. the stronger the Security. This is a multi-leveled Complex.
  142. There are over 3000 cameras at various High-Security
  143. locations (exits and Labs).
  144.      There are over 100 Secret Exits near and around Dulce.
  145. Many around Archuleta Mesa, others to the south around Dulce
  146. Lake and even as far east as Lindrith.
  147.      Deep sections of the Complex connect into natural Cavern
  148. Systems.
  149.      A person who worked at the Base, who had an "ULTRA 7"
  150. Clearance, reports: "There may be more than seven levels, but
  151. I only know of seven. Most of the Aliens are on 5-6-7 Levels.

  155. 21st CENTURY POWER: "BIO-TECH"
  156.      We are leaving the Era of expendable resources, like Oil
  157. based products. The Power of the Future is Re-newable
  158. resources... "Biologically" Engineered. The Dulce Genetic
  159. Research was originally funded under the cloak of "BLACK
  160. BUDGET" Secrecy. (Billions $$$$)
  161.      They were interested in intelligent "Disposable Biology"
  162. (Humanoids), to do the dangerous Atomic (Plutonium) Rocket
  163. and Saucer experiments.
  164.      We Cloned "our" own little Humanoids. Via a process
  165. perfected in the Bio-Genetic Research Center of the World,
  166. Los Alamos! Now we have our own disposable slave-race. Like
  167. the Alien "Greys" (EBES), the US Government clandestindly
  168. impregnated females, then removed the hybrid fetus, (after
  169. three months) and then accelerated their growth in the Lab.
  170. Biogenetic (DNA Manipulation) programming is then
  171. instilled - they are "Implanted" and controlled at a distance
  172. through RF (Radio Frequency) transmissions. Many Humans are
